the ruggedly handsome Keith CroninA regular contributor to Writer Unboxed since 2011, Keith Cronin is the author of the novels Me Again (originally published by Five Star/Gale), and Tony Partly Cloudy (under his pen name Nick Rollins), and a collection of short stories called, well, Shorts. In addition, Keith is a corporate speechwriter and professional drummer who has performed with Bruce Springsteen, Clarence Clemons, Pat Travers, and—during a stint at Disney World—Mickey Mouse himself.

Keith’s fiction has appeared in Carve Magazine, Amarillo Bay, The Scruffy Dog Review, Zinos, and a University of Phoenix management course. A contributing essayist for Author in Progress from Writer’s Digest Books, Keith has also demonstrated a knack for naming, providing the titles for Sara Gruen’s blockbuster Water for Elephants, Susan Henderson’s HarperCollins debut Up from the Blue, and Sandra Kring’s YA novel Running for Water and Sky.

Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Indiana University, and earned his MBA at Florida Atlantic University. After years of fulltime travel as a touring musician, he now lives in his native South Florida, where he divides his time between drumming, wrestling with his evil nemesis PowerPoint, and discouraging men from dating his daughter.
