Go Debbie! Once again, you have caught the whole story in your cartoon images!

Have you been spying on me? Good job!
Great comic! As always, your cartoons tell it exactly like it is.
(p.s. I’ll be at SCBWI too. Can’t wait!)
Yup. That about sums it up!
This is the perfect comic for me today. Thanks, Debbie!
That’s all within five minutes, right?
Very cute!
LOL and then lol again at Tracy’s comment! Oh y’all, we are so crazy.
It’s just like the four stages of leaving a blog comment!
1. I don’t have anything to say that hasn’t already been said–blog post is great.
2. I might have something to add…maybe?
3. Yes! I have created a brilliant response to the brilliant, wonderful post!
4. I don’t have anything to say that hasn’t already been said–
THE BLOG POST WAS GREAT! I love the cartoon. Spot on. =)
Far too true. Same can be said for editing, I reckon.
This comic rings true for me. Although the second “it sucks” usually comes when I get stuck, not when I read the final manuscript. Of course, that might be because I haven’t finished writing a novel yet.
bahaha This comic made my day. Thanks Debbie! :)
OMG, I just went through all these stages this morning! LOL X infinity!!!!
Heh, seems like I’m not the only one who goes through these stages. :-D
LOL That perfectly captures it.
Oh it’s so sad how true this is. At least we now know we’re not alone. Next time I go through the “This writing sucks” phase I’ll remember this comic ;)
Hey, were you spying on my writing session today? *-)

Perfection! And I needed the laugh — thank you.
Good one Debbie. A good cartoon captures complex feelings and compresses them into a small space with a few lines and your drawings always do that. Love them!
Why is it that nasty inner critic can always manage to drown out every other voice? Love this, Debbie. Thanks for the smile.
Hee. Too true! Love Tracy H-B’s rapid-cycler comment, too.
A-ha-ha! This is SO true. Just when I think I’m on the right track and I’ve finally written something good, I pick up an amazing book…by someone else. And I think, This is so much better than my manuscript. I’ll never be this good.
At least I know I’m not the only one! Thanks for making me laugh about it. :-)
Humorous. I love art that represents daily life! A great portrayal of what goes on in my head daily..Thanks for sharing!

funny, but this is true, the cartoons emphasize what’s really happened to the writer.
