LOL! That is totally me! I’m printing that out and putting it on the wall by my desk haha
Ha! I am like that. My writer friends are like that.
You nailed it! :)
Hahaha! Oh, yeah. Truth! Thanks, Debbie!
Story of my LIFE…
Oh that is SO me. :D
Yep! Took me five months and 7 pounds to finish my book. :)

Great cartoon with a painfully true insight into a writer’s psyche.
Plenty of truth in this one. I have to fight so hard with each manuscript not to fall into that trap.
ROFL! — Oh, oh. That’s me!
Uber true!!!!!!!
Oh! That’s where I belong!
Dang. I’ve got the opposite problem — Obsessive Compulsive Submitting Disorder. I often submit too soon, without having edited enough! I wonder if that makes me a Type C writing personality???
I don’t have this problem, but I’m definitely that person holding the writer back away from their manuscript, for at least 1 writer buddy I know. ;P
Great image! I am taping a copy to my computer as a reminder to stay strong.
Hmmm, maybe I should start a support group for real?
I could be a charter member of this group. You should see my finger shake when I finally hit “send” and zap my manuscript to my agent. =)
I once had a roommate snatch an envelope out of my hands and shove it in the mailbox after listening to me dither about “one more pass”.
I’m going to have to post this near my desk.
Ha! When’s the next group meeting? I so need to be there.
Where do I sign up for one of those? I think I need it!
It took 3 years and countless revisions to write my book, Guardian Cats. I still have a hard time saying ‘it’s finished’. So glad I’m in good company! Thanks for the laugh.
And then deadlines were invented. :)
Extremely funny but true!
*snicker* that is SOOOOOO me, along with being a font fanatic :-)

I even do this once it’s published. It’s awful.
That is sooo cute! It’s a wonderful cartoon. Lol.
